Strawberry Smoothie
Today I am posting a very easy as well as Kids favorite smoothie recipe. It requires just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of time. If kids are getting bored of the usual breakfast that you make, then try this for a change. Then every day, they will demand this smoothie from you.
It is so creamy in texture and packed with nutrients. Strawberries can be replaced with any other berry, bananas, apples etc. One glass of this smoothie keeps your tummy full for hours.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- Strawberries – 7 to 8 (large)
- Cottage cheese – 1/3 cup
- Honey – 2 tablespoons ( increase if you want it to be sweeter)
Method:
- Keep all the ingredients necessary for the smoothie, ready. Also wash and dice the strawberries.
2. Next, put them into the blender and do not add water. If water is added, the smoothie will become thinner. Then blend it until it is smooth and creamy in texture.
3. Serve it immediately or chilled. You will feel like drinking cream from the glass, such is it’s texture.
