Welcome Readers! I am Anitha Balasubramani, a home maker with a two year old boy. I quit my job 3 years back. The main reason being marriage, to come and live with my husband in the US. I started to learn cooking during my college days. But I did not get the opportunity to explore different dishes in various cuisines back then. However my passion towards food and cooking never reduced.
After coming to the US, I was left all on my own to do what I was passionate about – Cooking!. Basically, me and my husband are foodies. So, we used to try different food every time we go out. And, I will try to make the same dish at home. By this way, my passion towards cooking kept on increasing exponentially.
The idea to start a food blog was actually given by few of my friends here who taste my food whenever we have a get together or a party. Inspired by this idea, I am in the process of collecting recipes that I have learnt from my mom, grandma, father-in-law… and list goes on..
