Potato Masala
This potato masala is a side dish variety and it goes mainly with poori and chapati. When we say poori, the next thing that immediately comes to our mind is Potato Masala. It can be eaten at any time of the day, whether it is breakfast, lunch (especially for school) or dinner.
During my childhood days, whenever my Dad used to take me to Saravana Bhavan Restaurant; the first thing that i ask by default is poori masala. But the city that i live now, doesn’t have any Indian restaurant. Hence we make this dish at least once a week.
